In The Trenches
High-Concurrency LMS Deployment
Architected and deployed a highly optimized Moodle instance designed to handle concurrent testing loads for 3,500 users. Required fine-tuning virtualization resources on Proxmox and strict database optimization to ensure zero downtime during critical examination windows.
Network Authentication Migration
Led the migration of an organizational internet login system to a centralized RADIUS infrastructure. Implemented PCQ on MikroTik routers to enforce strict, fair bandwidth management across the network, drastically reducing network congestion complaints.
Infrastructure SSOT Implementation
Spearheaded the deployment and population of a NetBox instance to serve as the Single Source of Truth for all network and IPAM documentation. Transitioned the team away from fragmented spreadsheets to a structured, API-accessible database for infrastructure tracking.
CSIRT Incident Automation Tooling
In response to a large-scale phishing incident, developed a semi-automated password reset and ticketing pipeline using Node.js. This tooling allowed the support team to process the massive influx of compromised accounts rapidly while maintaining strict access controls.
